I called on a Wednesday after normal business hours, received a call back Thursday and by the following Monday had the gutters installed. They arrived to give me an estimate around 3 PM just as they said they would, gave me an estimate around 3:15 PM. I accepted the estimate as it was less than I expected it to be, I was told to expect the installers to be here before 10 AM the next day, they arrived around 9:40AM and were complete by 11:30 AM. Tom and Domonic are great. The quality of installation is superior to the bigger companies. They use longer screws and much stronger hangers to support the gutters. Other companies that quoted me wanted to charge more and use much cheaper materials for installation. A father a son team that stayed late to finish the job, worked hard and were very professional and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a family business and they all came and contributed to a very positive experience for me. They were on time, did great work, quickly done, and the customer service was great. They came and gave me an estimate and came back 3 days later for install. They ACTUALLY SHOWED UP both times, when they said they would. Before calling WFI, I tried another local comany and kept getting a promise to be there on Saturday or a Monday and they never showed, never called, just apologies, excuses and promises. Two months later I contacted The Wright Family Installation. Glad I did. Already referred them 2x.

The business was not the problem. The problem started with Home Advisor giving the business the incorrect phone number for me. The number was tried by the business and of course were told they did not order the gutter service. I was able to make direct contact with Wright Family Inst. and they fit me in at the end of their day. They went above and beyond to help us get this done. I am not happy with Home Advisor, they should make sure they have the correct data for their participating businesses. I know Home Advisor had our correct number as they sent me a confirmation text message the day before. When Wright Family called Home Advisor they were told that we probably cancelled...we did not. First try using Home Advisor, not a good beginning experience for us.
